Hey guys! So I want to talk about something... I've been noticing that a TON of people are reading my blog, and I LOVE that! I mean...dang. For those of you who know what I've been through, you should that this is CRAZY big for me. For once, I have a way to share my voice. For once....people LISTEN to what I have to say. That is...amazing. I feel like here, on my blog, I can say what I'm too afraid to say anywhere else.
My friends who see me all the time, know I'm not exactly the most confident person. Even around the people I'm /best friends/ with, I get self-concious & shy. In my classes, I hardly ever talk. At church, youth-group, ANYWHERE...I'm practically silent. Mind you, my blog & all your love is helping, but you know what they say: old habits die hard. After all the bullying I went through, I kinda reached a point where I was afraid that people would make fun of me just for talking. I'm still not that great. If I'm talking to the teacher, I'm decent, but...having to talk in front of or to the people who made my life miserable? Forget it. I just...lock down.
I don't mean to make this post a Debby-Downer one, so...I'll lighten it up! Time for a story! First off, I want to say: YES. I am going to start the daily-outfit thing tomorrow!
Anyways, back to the story!
So, you know that one kid in class that is like, a JUMBO NERD? The one who always answers the questions, always is done with the work first, and it annoys everybody? Yea...that's me. Well, the main downside to it is that EVERYONE wants to copy my worksheet, once I'm done.
My mom gave me a GREAT idea: write the correct answers on a seperate sheet, then fill in all the wrong answers. If they copy it, they'll be completely wrong. Afterwords, I just erase the answers, and fill in the right ones!! Thanks, Mom!
